This APK brings TLS 1.3 to older Android devices (2.3+). Just install it—no app interface. Android 10+ already has TLS 1.3, so this is for older versions. Developers need to add code to use it. Check the README for details: https://github.com/mendhak/Conscrypt-Provider.
