Ojo RTSP IP Camera viewer

Ojo lets you view multiple IP camera RTSP streams in a customizable grid layout. It automatically adjusts the grid size based on your number of cameras. Using VLC for reliable decoding, it supports deep linking and intents to open specific camera views. This open-source viewer is available on F-Droid.
