Install this package, then choose a Lithuanian layout in Android's input settings for your hardware keyboard. It includes two options: Lithuanian (numeric) and Lithuanian (IBM LST 1205-92). Works with USB and Bluetooth keyboards on Android 4.1 and 4.2.
