KeepOn

KeepOn is a free, open-source app with no ads or tracking. It keeps your screen on for your chosen time and resets to default settings when off. It works with your device and Tasker/Locale. Needs WRITE_SETTINGS for timeout and FOREGROUND_SERVICE for screen events. Code is on GitHub.
